o FOUND: On Friday, January 31, at the Trivia Night Event at the Elk's Club, a ladies ring was found. If you are the owner - Contact the Elk's Club.

o Join the Pinochle Group! The third Friday of every month a group of women from the Women of Sugarmill Woods gets together for lunch and Pinochle. We would like to invite everyone to come play Pinochle with us. If you do not know how to play….come anyway and we will teach you. We meet at Southern Woods at 12:00 Noon to have lunch and then play cards at 1:00 PM. Starting January 2014, please come join us one afternoon a month to enjoy lunch and cards. New members— this is an excellent way to meet other members and make new friends. Any questions, call Vicki Leitzinger at 352-382-2906 or Judi Bailey at 352-464-4380.
o Military Cards: Monday, March 17, 2014 at Sugarmill Woods Country Club. Prizes will be awarded to the top three scoring teams, and the “lucky loser” team will also receive a special prize. Snacks and non-alcoholic beverages will be served. Share-the-pot raffles will also be included in the day’s events. Doors open at 12:30 p.m. with cards being dealt at 1:00 p.m. The cost to play is $12/player. Please make your reservations no later than Friday, March 14, 2014 by calling Sandie Warren at 382-0736 or Judi Bailey at 464-4380. Checks can be made payable to WSW and deposited in the appropriate WSW mailbox located just off the entrance to Sugarmill Woods from US 19. Please note on your check which foursome you will be playing with. This event is open to the public. If you don’t have a foursome to play with a single reservation is welcome, and you will be placed with other players to complete the foursome. You may also pay at the door prior to the start of play.
